Funds Management allows an eligible Investor to allocate funds to a fund managed by a Fund Manager. The current fund information, investment terms, fees, status and available actions are displayed in the supported FXTRADING.com flow.
Before subscribing to a fund
Review the information displayed for the fund, including:
the Fund Manager and available performance information;
the investment currency and amount requirements;
performance-fee information;
investment and redemption conditions;
current risk disclosures; and
the account or wallet that will be used.
Do not subscribe solely because of a ranking, previous return or invitation from another person.
Subscribe to a fund
Sign in to the Client Portal or supported FXTRADING.com platform.
Open Funds Management.
Select the fund or open its valid invitation.
Review the fund information and applicable terms.
Select an eligible investment source displayed in the flow.
Enter the amount.
Review and submit the request.
Monitor the request and investment status.
The Fund Manager may process the subscription request earlier. If it is still pending after 48 hours without manager action, the system applies the fund's configured Subscription Review Method. See How do Fund Managers review investor applications? for the Auto Approve and Auto Reject rule.
How are results and fees reflected?
The platform records investment performance and any applicable fee according to the current fund settings and product calculation. Review the fund and investment records for the figures applied to your investment.
FXTRADING.com does not guarantee a return, and a Fund Manager cannot guarantee that an investment will be profitable.
What risks should I understand?
Funds Management involves trading risk. The value of an investment can rise or fall, and losses can occur. Platform controls over withdrawals or permissions do not protect an investment from market loss or guarantee the Fund Manager’s performance or solvency.
How do I redeem from a fund?
Use the redemption function displayed for the investment. A redemption can require review, calculation, settlement and transfer before the funds become available.
Use the current status and estimate shown. Do not submit duplicate redemption requests.
