How do I subscribe to a fund?

Follow the invitation, verification, review, configured automatic action, approval, and funding steps for a fund subscription.

Scope: The Funds Management flow available to you depends on your FXTRADING.com entity, region, verification status and the options shown in your Client Portal. A fund must also be available to your profile through the supported invitation flow.

As an investor, you must have a fully verified FXTRADING.com account before subscribing to any fund. You'll need to be invited by a Fund Manager through a link or QR code to access a fund.

Important Note

Without a fund link or code, you cannot view a fund or submit a subscription request.

The Invitation Process

Step 1: Receive an Invitation

Get a fund link or QR code from a Fund Manager

Step 2: Review Fund Details

Examine the fund's performance, strategy, and terms

Step 3: Submit a Subscription Request

If interested, submit your subscription request. The 48-hour review period starts when you submit it.

Step 4: Wait for the Review Outcome

The Fund Manager may approve or reject your request earlier. If it is still pending after 48 hours without manager action, the system applies the fund's configured Subscription Review Method: Auto Approve approves the request, while Auto Reject rejects it.

Step 5: Fund Your Investment Wallet

While waiting, deposit funds into your Investment Wallet

Step 6: Complete Your Subscription

Only after approval can you submit or complete the eligible subscription amount shown in the current flow.

How does automatic subscription review work?

Subscription review and redemption review are configured independently. Check the current fund and request record instead of assuming the same setting applies to both. See How do Fund Managers review investor applications? for the complete rule.

Pro Tip

We recommend preparing your investment funds in advance so you are ready to proceed after approval and after any required account or funding conditions are met.
