For every Funds product, the Fund Manager configures the Redemption Review Method as Auto Approve or Auto Reject. If a redemption is still pending after 48 hours without manager action, the system applies that configured action. Only an approved redemption enters the next-business-day Investment Wallet credit path.
Find the redemption
Sign in to the Client Portal.
Open Funds Management.
Open your investments, actions or transaction history.
Select the relevant redemption.
Review the redemption reference, fund, investment reference, submitted time, review setting, status, amount and any action shown.
The labels can vary by product version. Use the current Funds Management flow displayed for your profile.
Review timing and automatic action
The 48-hour period starts when the investor submits the redemption request. The Fund Manager may approve or reject the request earlier; that earlier action controls.
Auto Approve: if the request is still pending and the Fund Manager has not processed it within 48 hours, the system approves it.
Auto Reject: if the request is still pending and the Fund Manager has not processed it within 48 hours, the system rejects it.
Use the current fund configuration and request record. Do not describe 48 hours as a guaranteed approval window unless the current Redemption Review Method is Auto Approve.
When and where are approved funds credited?
After approval, the redeemed funds are credited to the Investment Wallet at 00:00 GMT+0 on the next business day. Approval does not mean the funds are available before that credit time. A rejected request does not enter this credit path.
Same-source and FIFO rule
For an approved redemption, the same-source return rule follows first in, first out (FIFO). The redeemed funds are returned to the Investment Wallet.
Does this apply to every Funds product?
Yes. The configured 48-hour automatic action applies to every Funds product. The next-business-day Investment Wallet credit and same-source FIFO stages apply only after approval.
Track the current status
Request received or awaiting review: the request has been recorded and remains within the review flow. Check the current Redemption Review Method.
Approved: approval is complete; wait for the next-business-day 00:00 GMT+0 credit to the Investment Wallet.
Completed: use the completed redemption record and Investment Wallet entry for the final amount and any recorded conversion or fee information.
Action required, rejected, failed or cancelled: the request does not enter the approved credit path unless its status later becomes approved. Follow only the reason or next action shown in the secure FXTRADING.com flow.
Can I cancel a redemption?
You can cancel a request only while a cancellation control is displayed. Do not submit duplicate requests to try to obtain faster processing.
Can the final amount differ from the amount first shown?
The final amount can depend on the investment value and the product calculations applied before completion. Use the completed redemption record for the final amount, conversion and any fee information.
