The performance fee is the amount investors pay to Fund Managers for profitable investments. After each billing period, the performance fee is automatically transferred to the Fund Manager's Partner Wallet and can be used for trading, withdrawals, or transfers to other trading accounts.
For Fund Managers
You can view the total fees earned in the My Strategies Section on the Fund Management tab in your Client Portal.
For Investors
You can check your performance fee payments by navigating to Asset → Select any Card → Settlement History to see how much you've paid in performance fees.
Note: Fund Managers can only set up performance fee rate while setting up a fund and cannot adjust the fee rate after a fund is created. The maximum performance fee rate is up to 50% to ensure fairness to investors.
Note: Fund Managers cannot change fee settings after creating a fund. Once the fund is operational, all fee parameters (including performance fees, management fees, etc.) remain fixed and cannot be adjusted. This policy ensures that investors clearly understand the fixed fee structure when joining the fund, avoiding unexpected changes later.
If a Fund Manager wishes to adopt a different fee structure, the only solution is to create an entirely new fund with the desired fee parameters. Investors can choose whether to join the newly created fund.
