Third Party Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA) Guide

Updated over 3 months ago

Overview

At FXTRADING.com, we prioritize protection and accountability for both Fund Managers and Investors in their professional collaborations. The Third Party Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA) serves as the legal framework that authorizes a Fund Manager to trade on behalf of an Investor.

The TFA document includes important details such as:

  • The name of the Fund Management service

  • The Fund Manager's full name and email address

  • Comprehensive terms and conditions of the service

When an Investor joins a Fund Management solution for the first time under a specific Fund Manager, they must sign a TFA document. For subsequent investments with the same Fund Manager but in different funds, additional TFA documents will need to be signed. Once signed, both parties can download the document for their records.

Accessing Your TFA Documents

All signed TFAs can be easily accessed and downloaded from the Agreements Tab in your Client Portal.
