How do I update my Funds profile?

Update one fund's avatar and professional background in the Client Portal, then verify its current moderation and visibility state.

Edit one fund at a time in the signed-in Client Portal. Menu labels and available actions can vary with account and product state; follow the current screen and any moderation notice. Saving or uploading submits the displayed content and is not, by itself, proof of acceptance, publication or visibility.

Updating Your Professional Background

The professional background section allows you to describe your fund's approach and your expertise as a Fund Manager.

What to Include:

You can add or edit information about:

  • Trading Background: Your experience and history in trading

  • Investment Objectives: The goals and targets of this specific fund

  • Trading Goals and Approach: Your strategy, methodology, and trading philosophy

  • Risk Management: How you approach risk in this fund (optional)

Character Limit:

  • Maximum 1,000 characters for the entire professional background section

Check the current state after saving

  • Confirm that you edited the intended fund and that the current page shows the expected image and professional background.

  • Read any error, status or moderation notice; a successful save or upload does not by itself mean the content was accepted or published.

  • Determine visibility from the current page and audience, account and product state; do not promise that every investor can see the content.

  • Verify each fund separately; do not assume a change to one fund was applied to another.

Keep personal, banking and security credentials out of profile content. Describe experience and approach accurately; do not claim guaranteed returns, approval, visibility or investor outcomes.
