Handling Fund Membership Requests

As a Fund Manager, you'll need to review and respond to investor requests to join your fund. Here's a streamlined process for managing these requests.

Accessing Pending Requests

  1. Log into your Client Portal

  2. Navigate to the Fund Management section

  3. Select "My Strategies" → "Approvals" tab

  4. View the list of pending join requests

Approving or Rejecting Requests

For each request, you have two options:

  • Click "Approve" to add the investor to your fund

  • Click "Reject" to decline the join request

Even if you reject a request, the investor will still be able to view your fund information and can submit another request in the future if they wish.

Important Requirements

Before inviting investors, please note:

  • You must complete your profile information

  • Your fund will remain inactive until it meets these criteria:

    1. Minimum Assets Under Management: USD 20,000

    2. Minimum Number of Investor Accounts: 3
