Managing Investor Join Requests

As a Fund Manager, you'll need to review and respond to investor requests to join your fund. Here's a streamlined process for managing these requests.

Accessing Pending Requests

  1. Log into your Client Portal

  2. Navigate to the Fund Management(PAMM) section

  3. Select Fund Manager → "My Approvals" tab

  4. View the list of pending join requests

Approving or Rejecting Requests

For each request, you have two options:

  • Click "Approve" to add the investor to your fund

  • Click "Reject" to decline the join request

Even if you reject a request, the investor will still be able to view your fund information and can submit another request in the future if they wish.

Automatic Review Instructions

Please note our Fund Management system has automatic review instructions:

Subscription Timeout: If the Fund Manager fails to process an investor's subscription application within 48 hours, the system will automatically review the order.

Redemption Timeout: If the Fund Manager fails to process an investor's redemption application within 48 hours, the system will automatically review the order.

Important Requirements

Before inviting investors, please note:

  • You must complete your profile information

Your fund will be activated once it meets either of these criteria:

  • Minimum Assets Under Management: USD 2,000 OR

  • Minimum Number of Investor Accounts: 3
