No Fees to Become a Partner

Understand the no-separate-enrolment-fee scope for standard Partner status, identify suspicious payment requests, and report them through current official support.

FXTRADING.com does not charge a separate enrolment or activation fee solely to grant standard Partner status. This does not mean every cost connected with trading, payments, tax, marketing, or third parties is zero. Review the current Partner Programme terms and any fee displayed for each service separately.

When is a payment request suspicious?

  • Someone demands payment to grant or activate Partner status, or to guarantee its approval.

  • They ask you to pay a personal account or private wallet, send an unexpected link, or pressure you to pay quickly.

  • They promise guaranteed returns, commission, approval, or service in exchange for payment.

Treat the request as suspicious and verify it through an official FXTRADING.com channel. A payment request alone is not final proof of the sender's identity or an investigation outcome.

What should I do?

  • Do not pay or purchase anything to obtain Partner status while the request is unverified.

  • Do not share a password, one-time code, full card number, card security code, private key, or recovery phrase.

  • Do not use the supplied link. Open FXTRADING.com or the Client Portal directly and retain redacted evidence such as the display name, channel, time, amount, currency, and payment destination.

How do I report the request?

  1. Sign in to the Client Portal, use Service Hub and the Create Ticket action currently shown, and choose the closest Partner, security, or fraud issue.

  2. If you cannot sign in or access Service Hub, use the current official support options in the contact-support article.

  3. Include the exact claim and any relevant fund, Partner, or transaction reference, then track the ticket status and replies. Redact secrets and unrelated data.

Submitting a report does not confirm fraud, guarantee recovery of money, grant Partner status, or guarantee a resolution time. Do not request an Account Manager or callback for this purpose; use the current official support record.
