Partners can transfer funds between their trading accounts directly in the Partner Portal. There are two transfer options available: transferring funds between trading accounts in the same Client Portal or between trading accounts in different Client Portals.
Note: Internal transfers may be subject to currency exchange rates.
How to make an internal transfer:
Log in to your Partner Portal
Click the transfer icon in the balance box to access the payments page
Scroll down to the Transfer section
For transfers between accounts in the same Client Portal:
Select "Between your accounts"
Choose the source and destination trading accounts from the dropdowns
Enter the amount in USD
Click Continue and review the transfer summary
Click Confirm to complete the transfer
For transfers to accounts in different Client Portals:
Select "To another user"
Choose the source trading account
Enter the recipient's trading account number and their FXTRADING.com registered email address
Select the reason for the transfer
Enter the transfer amount in USD
Click Continue (the transfer will proceed if the recipient's email is verified)
Validate the action with your security verification method
Click Confirm to complete the transfer
Note: No commission is charged for internal transfers.
Internal transfer limitations:
To transfer funds to a different Client Portal, the sender must have verified their Proof of Identity (PoI).
