What is Social Trading, and how do I check whether it is available?

Check whether Social Trading is available to your profile and review how Investors, Signal Providers, copied trades, risk settings, and performance fees work.

Social Trading is a service that can allow an Investor to subscribe to a Signal Provider. When the service is available, copied trading activity and performance-fee information are managed through the current FXTRADING.com Social Trading flow.

Is Social Trading currently available to me?

Sign in to the Client Portal or supported FXTRADING.com app and check whether Social Trading appears for your profile. Availability can depend on country, legal entity, verification status, platform and current product access.

If Social Trading does not appear in the current product menu, it is not currently available for your profile.

What is a Signal Provider?

A Signal Provider publishes a trading signal that eligible Investors can subscribe to. Signal Provider information can include performance, drawdown, risk information, fee settings and other product data.

Historical performance is not a guarantee of future results.

What is an investor or Investor?

An Investor allocates eligible funds to a subscription with a Signal Provider through the Social Trading service. The service then copies eligible trading activity according to the Signal Provider and investment settings.

Copying trades from a Signal Provider does not remove trading risk, and the investor can lose money.

How do I start as an investor?

  1. Sign in to the Client Portal or supported app.

  2. Open Social Trading .

  3. Review the available Signal Providers and risk information.

  4. Open a Signal Provider and review its account type, performance, drawdown, fee and investment requirements.

  5. Read every warning and confirm the investment settings.

  6. Fund or allocate the investment only through the controls shown.

How do I become a Signal Provider?

Open Social Trading and select the option to create or manage a trading signal, if available. Complete the verification, account, trading signal, risk and fee settings shown in the current flow.

Only the account types displayed in the current Social Trading flow can be selected.

How do performance fees work?

Review the fee rate, billing information and fee history shown for the Signal Provider or investment.

What should I do if Social Trading is missing?

How are trades copied?

Eligible trades are copied according to the investor’s allocated amount and the copy settings shown for the investment. The investor’s trade size and result may differ from the Signal Provider because of account balance, copy ratio, pricing, execution, slippage or timing. Where the current product flow allows it, a Signal Provider may create and manage more than one trading signal, with separate settings and performance records.
