Access your Partner Portal
Navigate to the "Client List" section
Enter the client's email address in the search field
Click "Apply" to run the search
If the client is registered under your affiliate ID, you'll see their information displayed, including their name, country, and compliance status. If no results appear after your search, this indicates the client is not currently registered under your affiliate account.
Regular verification of your client list helps you maintain accurate records and ensures you're receiving the appropriate Rebates for all your referrals.
