If your Social Investor Account balance falls below zero while participating in Social Trading, several automatic actions will occur to protect your account.
When Does This Occur?
A negative balance situation happens when:
Your Social Investor Account balance becomes negative (less than zero)
Automatic System Actions
When your Social Investor Account reaches a negative balance with no open positions, the system will automatically:
Unsubscribe from Signal Provider: The subscription relationship between your Social Investor Account and the signal provider will be terminated immediately
Apply Negative Balance Write Off: Your negative balance will be reset to zero at no cost to you
End Social Trading Cycle: Your current Social Trading relationship will be concluded
Impact on Your Account
After the negative balance write-off:
You will need to resubscribe to the signal provider if you wish to continue Social Trading
You must deposit funds into your Investment Wallet before you can resubscribe
A new Social Trading relationship will need to be established

You will receive email notifications informing you about:
The negative balance occurrence in your Social Investor Account
The termination of your Social Trading subscription
How to Resume Social Trading
To continue Social Trading after a negative balance write-off:
Deposit sufficient funds into your Investment Wallet
Navigate to the signal provider's profile
Resubscribe to the signal provider
Configure your new Social Trading parameters
