We generally review and approve withdrawals within one business day. Also, the cut-off time is 11:00 am Sydney local time. Sometimes, it may take up to 3-5 business days to receive your payment, depending on your bank processing speed.

Make sure to include your account number, withdrawal method and withdrawal time. Our accounts team will check the issue for you.
