The Trading Central portal can be accessed via the Expert Advisor. The expert advisors are found in the “Navigator” below Indicators. They have an image of a blue hat next to them, the file is called “TRADING CENTRAL”.

Once on the chart (drag and drop), click the Trading Central icon to open the portal with a range of analysis and Trading Central features in a separate window.
