Your demo account will be inactive in 30 days after your registration. However, you are welcome to contact us here or send a request email to service@fxtrading.com to re-activate your demo account.
Alternatively, you can simply create a new demo account in Client Portal by following these steps:
1. To open a new demo account, first, go to the "Manage Accounts" section on the platform. Once there, you will find an option labeled "Open New Account." Click on it to proceed.
2. After clicking on "Open New Account," a new window will appear with different account types.
3. Choose the "demo" account option from the list.
4. Finally, customize the settings for your demo account. You can select your preferred leverage, initial balance, and other relevant parameters. Once you've made your choices, confirm your selections, and your new demo account will be created and ready for use.
You can access all your account details under 'Manage Accounts'.
Alternatively, you can find all accounts in the drop-down menu located at the top left corner of the dashboard.
