Use the FXTRADING.com Client Portal to review records and multidimensional data for each Social Trading Signal you subscribe to.
How do I open a Signal's records?
Sign in to your Client Portal.
Open Social Trading.
Select Assets.
Choose Active, Closing or Closed, according to the current status of the investment.
Select the subscribed Signal you want to review.
What can I review for the selected Signal?
The selected Signal can show the records and data currently available for that investment, including:
subscription and unsubscription activity;
the Investment Record, including Active, Closing and Closed records;
Trade Analysis and performance information;
Positions and Orders; and
other displayed metrics and charts, such as Profit & Loss, Equity, Return, investment amount, monthly or cumulative return, equity curve and symbol distribution.
Available sections and data can vary with the Signal, its investment status and its recorded activity. Open each Signal separately to review its own records.
Which record view should I use?
For records tied to a Social Trading subscription and a specific Signal, use the Client Portal route above. MT4 or MT5 account history is a separate account-level trading view; it is not the navigation route for the Signal's subscription records or Investment Record.
Status guide: Active means the investment is currently subscribed, Closing means it is being closed, and Closed means the closing process has completed.
