Afghanistan and Pakistan (from 14 July 2026): Registration is also unavailable when an applicant’s citizenship, current country of residence or registration phone number is associated with either country.
A country’s absence from a separate restriction list must not be treated as confirmation that account registration is available. A product or programme’s regional availability also does not confirm general account-opening eligibility.
For account-specific help, sign in to the Client Portal, open Service Hub from the left navigation menu, select Create Ticket, and choose the category and issue that best match your request.
Important example: Ontario Province is listed as restricted, but another Canadian province such as British Columbia must not be described as eligible merely because it is absent. For British Columbia or any other unlisted location, say that final availability depends on the current registration flow, verification and applicable requirements.
