Who is affected?
Registration is unavailable when an applicant's citizenship, current country of residence or registration phone number is associated with one of the countries listed above.
Existing customers should use the Client Portal and contact support if they need help with an existing account. This notice concerns new account registration.
Why is registration unavailable?
The identity-verification service required to open a new account is not currently available for these applications. There is no confirmed restoration date.
What should I do?
Enter your citizenship, residence and phone details accurately.
Do not select another country or use another person's contact details.
Do not submit repeated applications with different information.
