How do I create an FXTRADING.com profile and trading account?

Create your profile through the official FXTRADING.com website or supported FXTRADING.com app. After registration, complete the tasks shown in the Client Portal before creating and activating a live trading account.

Create your profile

  1. Open the official FXTRADING.com website or app.

  2. Select Sign up or the equivalent registration control.

  3. Select your actual country of residence.

  4. Enter your own email address, mobile number and personal information.

  5. Create a password that meets the requirements shown.

  6. Enter a referral or partner code only if it applies to your registration.

  7. Review the legal entity, terms, disclosures and privacy information presented to you.

  8. Complete the email, mobile or other confirmation shown.

The labels and sequence can vary by country, legal entity and registration version. Follow the current on-screen flow.

Complete verification

Sign in to the Client Portal and complete the verification tasks displayed. These can include personal information, an economic profile, Proof of Identity, Proof of Address and a liveness check.

Submitting an application or verification information does not guarantee that a profile or service will be approved.

Create a live trading account

  1. Open the trading-account creation function in the Client Portal.

  2. Review the account types available to your profile.

  3. Select the platform, account type and base currency.

  4. Review the pricing, leverage, margin, instrument and activation information shown.

  5. Confirm the new account.

  6. Keep the account number, platform and server information shown in the Client Portal.

Use only the account types displayed in the current account-creation flow for your profile.

Why is my new live trading account read-only?

A newly created live trading account can remain read-only until it receives the qualifying external deposit required for activation.

The activation requirement is displayed for the account. A payment-method minimum is a separate transaction requirement, and an internal transfer of existing FXTRADING.com funds does not automatically activate the new account.

What if my email address is already registered?

Do not create a duplicate profile. Select Forgot password on the official sign-in page and follow the account-recovery instructions.

What if my country is unavailable or I am redirected?

Use your actual country of residence and follow the result shown. Do not use a VPN or inaccurate address to bypass regional availability.

If registration cannot continue, contact FXTRADING.com with the error message and date and time of the attempt. Never provide a password or one-time code.
