Automatic hiding and voluntary archiving are different states. Do not infer subscription cancellation, position closure, fee settlement, notification delivery, or permanent archive from a hidden label or from an archive request that has not completed.
Automatic hiding
The current policy can automatically hide a Signal when either condition is met: it has not traded for 30 days or more, including exactly 30 days; or its cumulative return is -20% or lower. The return condition refers to the Signal’s cumulative return, not monthly return, maximum drawdown, an Investor’s personal result, or a currency loss amount.
Check the Signal’s current status and actions in the Client Portal. Automatic hiding alone does not establish that the Signal was voluntarily archived, that an investment is Closed, or when the Signal may become visible again.
Before a Signal Provider voluntarily archives
Open Client Portal, select Social Trading, open My Signals, choose the Signal, and use Archive only if that action is currently displayed. Review every precondition and consequence on the confirmation screen. Availability can depend on the Signal, account type, open orders, ongoing investments, and current product rules; Professional accounts may not have this action.
A completed voluntary archive is irreversible for that Signal under the current product rule. An application, confirmation click, or intermediate status is not proof that archive and every related closing operation have completed. Use the current Signal and investment records.
What a completed archive can affect
The archived Signal becomes unavailable for new investment and is retained as a view-only or historical record according to the current product display.
For any affected Investor investment, subscription closing and copied-position closing follow the service lifecycle. Active, Closing, and Closed are different states.
Any applicable Performance Fee is calculated and recorded at the fee event or billing stage shown for the investment; archive does not promise immediate settlement or a particular amount.
A notification may be generated, but email delivery is separate from the archive and closing records and is not proof that an Investor received notice before execution.
For Investors
Review Client Portal, Social Trading, Assets, then Active, Closing, or Closed for the exact investment. Confirm subscription status, open and closed positions, execution records, balance movements, and fee records separately. Do not treat the Signal page, an email, or a missing notification as the final transaction record.
A closing instruction may wait for an available market and can execute at the current or next available price. Timing and fill depend on market hours, quotes, gaps, spread, liquidity, order size, platform or server status, and applicable controls. Closure is not guaranteed to be immediate or at the last displayed price, and profit or loss can change before execution.
For Signal Providers
Do not use archive as a temporary pause or privacy control. Before confirming, review affected Investors, investments, positions, fees, history, and account actions. After completed archive, the same Signal cannot be reactivated; creating a new Signal is a separate action subject to current eligibility and does not restore its Investors, history, ranking, or performance.
If another article, email, or prior screen conflicts with the current confirmation or record, stop and use the current official support route with the Signal ID, investment ID, displayed status, and relevant time. Do not send passwords or one-time codes.
