How do I open the dashboard?
Log in to your Client Portal, open Social Trading, and select My Signals. Open a signal to review its current account, Investor, fee, and capacity information.
What do the dashboard metrics mean?
Signal Name: The name assigned to the published signal.
Signal Provider Equity: The current equity of the Signal Provider's own Live Account used for the signal.
AUM or Investor Equity: The current combined equity of all active Investor subscriptions under the signal.
Total Equity: Signal Provider Equity plus AUM or Investor Equity.
Available Capacity: The amount remaining before Total Equity reaches the USD 100,000 limit.
Performance Fee: The fee rate configured for eligible profit under the applicable billing rules.
Investors: The number of Investors currently subscribed to the signal.
Invested: If displayed, the cumulative historical amount subscribed since the signal was created. It is not the same as current AUM and may be higher than current Total Equity.
Minimum Investment: The lowest amount an Investor can enter for a new subscription when capacity is available.
How are Total Equity and Available Capacity calculated?
Total Equity = Signal Provider Equity + current Investor Equity.
Available Capacity = USD 100,000 − current Total Equity.
For example, if Signal Provider Equity is USD 4,500 and current Investor Equity is USD 80,000, Total Equity is USD 84,500 and Available Capacity is USD 15,500.
Why can the figures change?
Current equity and capacity can change with open-position profit or loss, fees, new subscriptions, redemptions, currency conversion, and dashboard refresh timing. The cumulative Invested figure, if shown, is a historical flow metric and should not be used as the current Total Equity value.
