Investment Limits for Social Trading

Understand how the $50,000 USD combined equity limit affects investments with a Signal Provider and what to do when an amount exceeds available capacity.

When subscribing to Signal Providers on FXTRADING.com, there are specific limitations you need to understand to ensure your investment is accepted by the system.

Maximum Investment Limit

The primary limitation to be aware of is the Total Equity Limit:

  • The combined equity of all investments with a Signal Provider (including the Signal Provider's equity) cannot exceed $50,000 USD.

  • This total includes the Signal Provider's own equity plus all investors' equity combined.

Example Scenario

Let's say a Signal Provider account currently has a total equity of $48,000 USD. If you attempt to invest $5,000 USD with this Signal Provider, your investment would be rejected because:

$48,000 (current equity) + $5,000 (your investment) = $53,000

This exceeds the maximum total equity limit of $50,000 USD.

In this case, you would need to either:

  • Invest a smaller amount (maximum $2,000 USD)

  • choose a different Signal Provider with more available capacity
