Starting the Verification Process
To begin, log in to your Client Portal and click "Complete Profile" on the top banner.
Note: Verification requirements may vary based on your region of registration.
The Verification Journey
1. Email Verification
Enter your email address
Click "Send me a code"
Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code
Enter the code and click "Continue"
2. Phone Verification
Input your phone number
Choose your preferred verification method (SMS or phone call)
Enter the received 6-digit code
Click "Continue"
3. Personal Information
Enter your details exactly as they appear on your identification documents:

Last name
Date of birth
Address
Gender
Click "Continue" when finished
4. Economic Profile
