Understanding Your Document Verification Status

Updated over a month ago

Here's a comprehensive guide to help you track and understand your verification process on FXTRADING.com.

How to Check Your Verification Status

You can easily monitor your verification status through the banner at the top of your Client Portal. If any of your documents are rejected, you'll find a detailed explanation there.

FXTRADING.com will send you email notifications at two key points:

  1. When you submit your verification documents (Proof of Identity (PoI) and/or Proof of Address (PoA))

  2. When your documents have been reviewed (whether approved or rejected)

For detailed information about document requirements, please refer to our verification guidelines which show examples of both accepted and rejected documents.
