Overview of Email Change Policy

FXTRADING.com has updated its policy to provide greater flexibility for clients who have lost access to their original sign-up email or can no longer receive official communications. While email addresses were previously fixed, you may now request a formal update to ensure you maintain secure access to your trading profile and receive critical account notifications.


How to Request an Email Change

To maintain the security of your FXTRADING.com profile and linked trading accounts, all email change requests must undergo a formal verification process. Follow these steps to initiate the request:

  1. Compose an Email: Use your new or secondary email address to contact our support team.

  2. Set the Subject Line: The subject line must read exactly: Request to Change Registered Email Address.

  3. Provide Required Details: Include the following three items in the body of your message:

    • Old Email Address: Your current registered email address.

    • Reason for Change: The specific reason you are requesting the update (e.g., lost access to the original provider).

    • New Email Address: The specific address you wish to use for future Client Portal logins.


The Verification Process

Once the FXTRADING.com Accounts Department receives your email change request, you must complete a two-step security verification before any system changes are applied. You will receive an instruction email to guide you through:

  • Step 1: Email Verification: A confirmation link sent to your new address to verify active access.

  • Step 2: Facial Recognition (Liveness Check): A digital identity check to match your physical presence against our existing Know Your Customer (KYC) records.

Note: Your profile will only be updated across our systems after both steps are successfully completed.


Important Considerations for Email Updates

When updating your FXTRADING.com registered email, please be aware of the following impacts on your account structure:

  • Linked Trading Accounts: When your Client Portal email is updated, all associated trading accounts remain linked to your existing profile. You do not need to take further action to migrate your account history or balances.

  • Manual Profile Transfers: You have the option to register a completely new Client Portal with a different email address. However, trading accounts cannot be transferred between two separate Client Portal profiles. To preserve your existing trading history, you must use the "Email Change" process described above rather than registering a new account.
