Single Email Registration Policy

At FXTRADING.com, each Client Portal account requires a unique email address. You cannot register multiple Client Portal accounts using the same email address.

Creating Additional Accounts

If you wish to have additional trading accounts, please note:

  • You must register using different email addresses for each Client Portal

  • Client Portal accounts will remain separate entities

  • Trading accounts cannot be transferred between different Client Portal accounts

Identity Verification Restrictions

Your account registration may be rejected if you use:

  • The same identification number that was used in a previous registration

  • The same phone number that was used in a previous registration

  • The same identity profile but with different documents (e.g., using a Singapore Passport after previously registering with a Singapore ID)

Compliance Screening

Before processing your account opening, FXTRADING.com conducts:

  • Politically Exposed Person (PEP) screening

  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance checks

Your registration will be rejected if:

  • You are identified as a PEP

  • You do not meet our AML policy requirements
