These are anonymous email addresses created through Apple's privacy service that forward messages to your actual email address. They typically look like random characters followed by @privaterelay.appleid.com.

Why they cause login problems:

When you attempt to log in to your Client Portal using Apple ID with a private relay email:

  • Our system cannot match the private relay address to your registered email

  • This results in authentication failures

  • Your account access is blocked

How to avoid login issues:

  1. When using Apple ID to log in, do not select the "Hide My Email" option

  2. Always use your actual email address that was used during registration
