How to Archive Trading Strategies

Updated over 3 months ago

When you no longer wish to maintain a trading strategy as a Signal Provider, you can archive it to make it unavailable for new investors. This guide explains the archiving process and its implications.

Requirements for Archiving

Before archiving a strategy, ensure:

  • All active orders under the strategy are closed

  • There are no ongoing investments

Note: The archiving feature is currently not available for Professional accounts.

Step-by-Step Archiving Process

  1. Log into your Client Portal

  2. Navigate to the Trading section

  3. Under "Your strategies," locate the strategy you want to archive

  4. Click on the settings icon for that strategy

  5. Select "Archive the strategy" from the dropdown menu

  6. Review the checklist and conditions on the confirmation page

  7. Check the box to confirm you understand the conditions

  8. Click "Archive the strategy" to submit your request

  9. Wait for the green confirmation tick

  10. Click "Done" to complete the process

Once archived, the strategy will appear under the "Archived" tab in your strategy list.

This action cannot be undone.
