The account types available for a new signal are shown when you create the Signal Provider account in the FXTRADING.com Client Portal. Availability can depend on the platform, profile, region and current product catalogue.
Check the available account types
Sign in to the Client Portal.
Open Social Trading.
Start the signal or Signal Provider account creation flow.
Review the account types presented.
Open the specifications for each available option before selecting one.
Compare factual features such as:
platform availability;
pricing and commission structure;
available instruments;
account currencies;
minimum funding requirement;
leverage and margin settings; and
order and volume limits.
The options shown in the creation flow are the options currently available for that signal. An account type used by an existing legacy signal may not be available for a new signal.
How are Signal Provider fees handled?
If a signal includes a performance-fee arrangement, the Client Portal shows the applicable billing information, results and fee records. The destination of an earned fee is shown in the relevant transaction or wallet record.
Fees are not guaranteed. They depend on the applicable terms and the performance recorded for the relevant billing period.
When should I contact FXTRADING.com?
Contact FXTRADING.com if an expected account type is missing, its specifications do not load, or the account creation flow cannot be completed.
Provide the platform, selected region or profile, account type shown and a redacted screenshot. Never provide a password or one-time code.
