Can I deposit or withdraw from a Signal Provider account?

Deposit and withdrawal availability depends on the Signal Provider account's current state and the actions displayed in the FXTRADING.com Client Portal.

Deposit and withdrawal availability depends on the Signal Provider account's current state and the actions displayed in the FXTRADING.com Client Portal.

Deposits

Open the account and select Deposit. If the action is available, review the eligible payment methods, limits, fees, currency conversion and processing estimate before confirming.

Adding funds can change the account's equity and may affect how the signal is presented or copied. It does not guarantee a particular trading or follower outcome.

Withdrawals

Open Withdrawal and select the Signal Provider account. The Client Portal will show whether the account is eligible and the amount currently available.

A withdrawal may be unavailable or lower than the balance when, for example:

  • the account has open positions or working orders;

  • the signal or account is in a state that restricts the action;

  • free margin or another account-level limit reduces the available amount;

  • verification or a security step is incomplete; or

  • no eligible payout method is currently available.

Follow the message and actions shown for the account. Do not close positions, archive a signal or change its state solely because the action was available on another account; review the effect shown in the Client Portal first.

Archiving a signal

If an archive option is available, open Social Trading → My Signals, select the signal and review the archive confirmation. Archiving may affect followers, open activity and access to account actions. Confirm only after reviewing the displayed consequences.

When should I contact FXTRADING.com?

Contact FXTRADING.com if an expected deposit or withdrawal action is unavailable, the message is unclear, a submitted transaction does not appear, or the displayed estimate has passed.

Provide the Signal Provider account number, transaction reference, amount, currency, status and a redacted screenshot. Never provide a password or one-time code.
