What if I submit outside a working window or after a cut-off?

You can create a request whenever the relevant function and payment method are available in the Client Portal. The current transaction record is the source for its status, timestamps, estimate and any action required.

  1. Open Transaction History in the Client Portal.

  2. Select the relevant deposit or withdrawal.

  3. Review the status, timestamps, estimate and action message.

  4. Do not submit a duplicate request while the existing record remains active.

If the record fails, requires action or is past the displayed estimate, contact Customer Support with the request reference, amount, currency, payment method and exact status. Never provide a password, one-time code, full card number, private key or recovery phrase.
