Use the Deposit function in the FXTRADING.com Client Portal. The methods, currencies and destinations shown there are specific to your profile and current provider availability.
Before you start
Sign in to the official FXTRADING.com Client Portal.
Complete any verification task displayed in the portal.
Use a payment method held in your own legal name.
Decide which eligible trading account or wallet should receive the funds.
Have the payment-provider details or cryptocurrency wallet you will use ready.
Make a deposit
Select Deposit in the Client Portal.
Select the currency you want to deposit.
Select the eligible destination account or wallet.
Choose one of the payment methods displayed.
Enter the amount.
Review the minimum, maximum, fee, conversion information and processing estimate shown for the transaction.
Confirm the request and complete any steps shown by the payment provider.
Return to the Client Portal and open Transaction History.
Select the deposit record and check its destination, amount, currency and status.
The labels or order of the first three selections may vary by profile and portal version. Follow the fields displayed in your current deposit flow.
Additional steps for a bank transfer
Create a new bank-transfer request each time and use the bank details generated for that request. Include the required payment reference exactly as shown.
After making the transfer, upload a payment receipt if the Client Portal requests one. Do not send money to bank details saved from an earlier deposit, because payment instructions can change.
Additional steps for a cryptocurrency deposit
Confirm the supported asset and blockchain network shown in the Client Portal.
Copy the wallet address from the current deposit request.
Compare the full address and network in both systems.
Send only the supported asset through the selected network.
Keep the transaction ID, also called the TXID, as text.
Using the wrong asset, network or address may result in an unrecoverable transfer. Never share a private key or recovery phrase.
How do I know that the deposit request was recorded?
A deposit record should appear in Transaction History after the request is submitted. A debit from your bank, card or wallet does not by itself mean that the funds have been credited to the selected FXTRADING.com destination.
If no record appears, do not repeat the payment until you have checked whether the provider debited or transferred the funds.
The funds are not showing in my selected destination
Open the deposit record and check its status, action message and processing estimate. Also confirm that you selected the intended trading account or wallet.
If the estimate has passed, or the record is completed but the funds are not visible in the selected destination, contact FXTRADING.com through the signed-in Service Hub or official Live Chat. Provide the deposit reference, destination, amount, currency, payment method, date and time with time zone, and a redacted payment record. For cryptocurrency, also provide the TXID as text and the network used.
Never provide a password, one-time code, full card number, card security code, private key or recovery phrase.
