Review the withdrawable amount, available payout methods, minimums and fees shown.
If available, check whether the balance can be transferred to another eligible account or wallet before withdrawal.
Do not use another person's payout details. Do not make an additional deposit or place trades solely to make a small balance withdrawable.
Why might a withdrawal be unavailable?
A withdrawal option may be unavailable when:
the amount is below the minimum shown for the available payout method;
a fee or currency conversion affects the amount that can be sent;
the selected account or wallet is not currently eligible;
verification or a security step is incomplete; or
the payment provider or payout method is temporarily unavailable.
The Client Portal may present different options for different accounts and transactions.
Will the balance disappear?
A balance does not disappear merely because it is below a displayed withdrawal minimum. Continue to monitor the account and keep your contact and verification information current. Any account treatment is governed by the agreement that applies to your account.

Contact FXTRADING.com if no available method can withdraw the remaining balance or the portal does not explain why the withdrawal is unavailable.
