Troubleshoot withdrawal timeouts, provider or card errors, authentication failures, currency mismatches and duplicate requests, and review expected processing stages.

Common Withdrawal Issues and Solutions

When experiencing problems with withdrawals, here are the most frequent issues and how to resolve them:

Transaction Timeout

Cause: Inactivity during the withdrawal process, connection failure, or provider maintenance. Solution: Complete the transaction within the specified timeframe or try an alternative payment method.

Temporary Unavailability

Cause: Payment provider system overload or high request volume. Solution: Attempt the withdrawal later or use a different payment method.

Incomplete Transaction

Cause: Withdrawal form closed prematurely or connection issues. Solution: Check your internet connection and complete all steps in the withdrawal process. If problems persist, try another payment method.

Processing Errors

Cause: Temporary technical issues with the payment provider or bank. Solution: Wait and try again later. For bank-related issues lasting over 24 hours, contact your bank directly.

Card-Related Problems

Cause: Incorrect card details, card expiration, or issuer restrictions. Solution: Verify all card information is accurate and current. Limit consecutive attempts to 3-5 to avoid card blocking. For persistent issues, contact your card issuer.

Authentication Failures

Cause: Incorrect OTP code, expired verification, or unsupported 3D Secure. Solution: Ensure you enter the correct verification code and that your browser isn't blocking the authentication page.

Multiple Failed Attempts

Cause: Repeated unsuccessful attempts or using multiple cards in a short period. Solution: Wait 24 hours before trying again or use an alternative payment method.

Currency Incompatibility

Cause: The withdrawal currency doesn't match the card's supported currencies.

Solution: Use a card that supports your withdrawal currency or select a different payment method.

Duplicate Transactions

Cause: Submitting the same withdrawal request multiple times. Solution: Check your transaction history to verify if a similar withdrawal is already being processed.

Withdrawal processing time

Processing and delivery times depend on the current request, payment method, provider, receiving institution, local calendars and any required review. Check the current status, action message and displayed estimate in Transaction History. If the record fails, requires action, or is past its displayed estimate, contact Customer Support with the request reference and exact status. Do not submit a duplicate request while the existing record remains active.
