The FXTRADING.com Client Portal displays the deposit and withdrawal methods currently available for your profile and transaction. A method used for a previous transaction may not be available now.
What determines payment-method availability?
Availability can depend on:
your country or region;
the FXTRADING.com legal entity connected with your profile;
verification and security status;
deposit or withdrawal direction;
selected source, destination and currency;
transaction amount and payment history; and
current payment-provider availability.
How do I check a deposit method?
Sign in to the Client Portal.
Select Deposit .
Select the currency and eligible destination.
Review the methods displayed.
Select a method and check its minimum, maximum, fee, conversion information and processing estimate.
How do I check a withdrawal method?
Sign in to the Client Portal.
Select Withdraw .
Select the source account or wallet and enter the amount requested by the flow.
Review the eligible payout methods displayed.
Check the destination, currency, limit, fee, estimate and any action message.
The Portal can limit a withdrawal method based on payment history and current eligibility. Do not attempt to bypass the displayed method using another person's payment account.
Is verification required?
Complete every verification or security task displayed for your profile and transaction. The Client Portal will show whether verification is required for the selected method.
A provider can also require payment-account ownership evidence or another transaction-specific check.
Can I use another person's card, bank account or wallet?
No. Use a payment method held in your own legal name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals may be rejected, returned or require review.
An eligible Partner Wallet transfer is a separate product function and does not make third-party deposits or withdrawals generally available.
Which fees can apply?
Review the fee displayed for the transaction. The amount sent and received can differ because of:
a payment-provider charge;
bank or intermediary-bank charges;
card-issuer charges;
currency conversion;
a blockchain network fee; or
another third-party deduction.
Fees and network charges can vary by method and transaction. Review the amount displayed before confirming.
Why is a payment method missing?
The provider may be unavailable, under maintenance, no longer supported, restricted for the region, incompatible with the transaction or waiting for a verification action.
Use another eligible method displayed in the current flow. For a withdrawal, contact FXTRADING.com before selecting a different route when the original funding method is closed, expired or unable to receive funds.
