  • Confirm that the source trading account or wallet is eligible for withdrawal.

  • Check the withdrawable amount displayed for that source.

  • Review the effect on open positions and available margin.

  • Use payout details held in your own legal name.

  • Confirm that your bank, card, wallet or other payout details are current.

  • Have access to the security method linked to your profile.

Submit a withdrawal

  1. Sign in to the official FXTRADING.com Client Portal.

  2. Select Withdrawal.

  3. Choose an eligible source trading account or wallet.

  4. Enter the amount.

  5. Review the payout methods presented for the transaction.

  6. Select saved payout details or add the information requested on screen.

  7. Review the destination, currency, conversion, fee, minimum, maximum and processing estimate.

  8. Confirm the request.

  9. Complete the security verification shown.

  10. Open Transaction History and select the withdrawal to monitor it.

The labels and order of some fields can vary by profile and portal version. Follow the fields shown in your current withdrawal flow.

Why is a payout method selected or unavailable?

The Client Portal can use the transaction's payment eligibility when presenting a payout route. Available methods can also depend on your region, verification status, amount, currency and provider availability.

How do I know the request was submitted?

A withdrawal record should appear in Transaction History with its reference, source, amount, currency and status. A reduction in funds available for trading does not mean the receiving provider has credited the funds.

If no record appears, do not submit a duplicate until you have checked whether the first request was recorded.

Can I edit or cancel a withdrawal?

Open the record and use an edit or cancel control only if one is displayed. Availability depends on the request's current stage. A request already being processed may no longer be changeable or cancellable.

How long will it take?

Use the status and processing estimate shown for the transaction. After FXTRADING.com completes the applicable processing stage, the receiving bank, card issuer, wallet, blockchain or payment provider may require additional delivery time.

When should I contact FXTRADING.com?

Contact FXTRADING.com if the record is missing, the status is unclear, an action cannot be completed, the displayed estimate has passed, or a completed request has not reached the recorded destination.

Provide the withdrawal reference, source account or wallet, amount, currency, payout method, status and relevant timestamps. Never provide a password, one-time code, full card number, private key or recovery phrase.
