Submit a withdrawal
Sign in to the Client Portal.
Select Withdrawal.
Choose the Investment Wallet or Partner Wallet shown as an eligible source.
Enter the amount.
Review the payout methods presented for that transaction.
Select saved payout details or add the information requested on screen.
Review the destination, currency, conversion, fee, minimum, maximum and processing estimate.
Confirm the request and complete the security verification shown.
Open Transaction History and select the withdrawal to monitor it.
Available methods can depend on the wallet, deposit history, region, currency, amount, verification status and provider availability. Follow the options displayed for the current request rather than selecting a route from an earlier transaction.
Internal transfers
If the Client Portal displays a transfer option, review the source, destination, currency conversion and amount before confirming. The directions in which funds can be transferred depend on the wallet and destination presented in the current flow.

Contact FXTRADING.com if the wallet is missing, no expected action is available, the withdrawal record does not appear after submission, or the displayed estimate has passed.
Provide the wallet reference, withdrawal reference, amount, currency, payout method, status and relevant timestamps. Never provide a password, one-time code, full card number, private key or recovery phrase.
