How do I cancel or correct a withdrawal request?

Learn when a withdrawal can be cancelled and how to correct information by submitting a new request.

You may be able to cancel a withdrawal while it is still pending and the cancel option remains available in the FXTRADING.com Client Portal. Once processing reaches a non-cancellable stage, the request cannot be stopped or edited.

Cancel a pending withdrawal

  1. Sign in to the Client Portal.

  2. Open Transaction History, Withdrawal History or the equivalent withdrawal-records section.

  3. Select the relevant withdrawal.

  4. If Cancel is available, review the request and confirm cancellation.

  5. Check that the status and balance have updated before submitting another request.

Correct an amount or destination

Do not assume that a submitted withdrawal can be edited. If the amount, payout method or destination information is incorrect, cancel the request while the option is available and submit a new withdrawal with the correct details.

FXTRADING.com personnel cannot change a payout destination or sensitive payment detail on your behalf after submission.

When cancellation is unavailable

The cancel option may disappear after the request has been approved, sent to a payment provider or entered another processing stage. Do not submit duplicate withdrawals to reverse the original request. Follow the status and action message displayed for that transaction.

Check before submitting

  • withdrawal amount and currency;

  • source account or wallet;

  • payout method and destination;

  • account-holder or beneficiary information;

  • fees, limits and conversion information; and

  • any security or verification message.
