Fund investments require approval from the Fund Manager before they can be closed. This process may take several hours to complete. Once the Fund Manager approves your request, your investment will be closed automatically.
Important: Fund Managers may reject closing requests for risk management reasons.
Step-by-Step Closing Instructions
Access Your Investment Portfolio
Log into your FXTRADING.com Trading App or Web Trader
Navigate to the Fund Management section
Select "Assets" to view your active investments
Review Your Investment
Locate the specific investment you wish to close
Review its current performance and status
Submit Your Close Request
Click the "Send Close Request" button
Your request will be sent to the Fund Manager for review
Wait for Processing
The Fund Manager will review your request
Your investment will close once approved
If not responded to within 36 hours, the investment will close automatically
Cancel Request (If Needed)
If you change your mind, you can return to the investment page
Select "Cancel Close Request" to withdraw your closing request
