Withdrawing Funds from Your Wallet

To withdraw funds from your wallets (Investment Wallet or Partner Wallet), you can use either the FXTRADING.com Trading App or the Client Portal. Here's how:

Withdrawal Steps

  1. Log in to your Client Portal

  2. Select "Withdrawal"

  3. Choose an account/investment wallet/Partner Wallet you wish to withdraw from and input the withdrawal amount, then click the Preview button

  4. On the next page, you will notice that your initial deposit will be routed to the original method

  5. For your trading profits, our withdrawal system is designed with an intelligent First In First Out Policy. You will be asked to select your preferred withdrawal method from the following list

Please note: Add your payout details in the Payout Details section on the left navigation. You can add:

  • International Bank Details (if you wish to receive your profits via bank wire)

  • Local Bank Details (if you wish to receive your profits via Korean, Japanese, Southeastern Asian local banks, or China Union Pay)

  • Crypto Wallet information (if you wish to receive your profits via USDT)

  • Alipay (if you wish to receive your profits via Alipay)

Important Notes

  • You can also perform internal transfers between your investment wallet and trading accounts, and from your Partner Wallet to your trading accounts. This process is one-way, which means you are not allowed to internally transfer money from trading accounts to your Partner Wallet.

  • If you previously funded any trading account using a credit card, you must first process a credit card refund from your Client Portal before withdrawing funds from your wallet.

  • Processing times vary depending on your chosen payment method.
