Withdrawing Funds from Your Trading Account

Withdrawing funds from your trading account is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to access your funds:

General Withdrawal Process

Step 1: Access the Withdrawal Section

  1. Log in to your Client Portal

  2. Navigate to the "Withdrawal" section

Step 2: Initiate Your Withdrawal

  1. Select "Withdrawal"

  2. Choose an account/Investment wallet/Partner Wallet you wish to withdraw from and input the withdrawal amount, then click the Preview button

  3. On the next page, you will notice that your initial deposit will be routed to the original method

  4. For your trading profits, our withdrawal system is designed with an intelligent First In First Out Policy. You will be asked to select your preferred withdrawal method from the following list

Please note: Add your payout details in the Payout Details section on the left navigation. You can add:

  • International Bank Details (if you wish to receive your profits via bank wire)

  • Local Bank Details (if you wish to receive your profits via Korean, Japanese, Southeastern Asian local banks, or China Union Pay)

  • Crypto Wallet information (if you wish to receive your profits via USDT)

  • Alipay (if you wish to receive your profits via Alipay)

Complete this before you perform a withdrawal application.

Step 3: Review and Confirm

  1. Carefully verify all withdrawal details

  2. Click "Confirm" if all information is correct

Step 4: Complete Security Verification

  1. Authenticate the withdrawal using your security method

  2. This may include email verification, SMS code, or authenticator app

Step 5: Await Processing

Once confirmed, your withdrawal request will be processed. Processing times vary depending on the payment method.

Important Considerations

  • Each payment method has specific conditions and processing times

  • Withdrawals are typically processed to the same method used for deposits

  • Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply

  • Some payment methods may require additional verification
