What happens when you request a withdrawal
When you submit a withdrawal request through your Client Portal, the funds are immediately deducted from your trading account balance. While this might give the impression that your withdrawal is being processed instantly, it's important to understand the complete withdrawal process.
The withdrawal process explained:
Immediate account deduction: Once you submit a withdrawal request, the funds are immediately deducted from your trading account to prevent these funds from being used for trading.
Processing phase: Although the funds are no longer visible in your account balance, your withdrawal request enters our processing queue where it undergoes necessary verification and processing by our finance team.
Standard processing time: The standard processing time for withdrawals is 1-3 business days. This timeframe is necessary to ensure all security checks and payment processing requirements are met.
Payment provider processing: After FXTRADING.com completes internal processing, your payment provider may require additional time to transfer the funds to your destination account.
Important notes:
The immediate deduction from your trading account does not mean the funds have been transferred to your personal bank account or payment method.
Weekend and holiday requests will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing times may vary depending on your withdrawal method.
