Unsubscribing from a Signal Provider is straightforward and can be done in just a few steps. Here's how to do it:

Using the Client Portal:

  1. Log in to your Client Portal

  2. Navigate to the "Social Trading" section

  3. Select the active Signal Provider from whom you wish to unsubscribe

  4. Tap the "Unsubscribe" button

  5. Confirm your decision by tapping "Unsubscribe" again in the confirmation dialog

Once completed, the portal will display the subscription period, including the date and time when you subscribed to and unsubscribed from the Signal Provider.

What Happens When You Unsubscribe:

  • If your investment has open positions: All open positions will be closed at current market prices when you unsubscribe.

  • If your investment has no open positions: The subscription will simply end with no further actions needed.

  • If you unsubscribe during market closure: If you choose to unsubscribe when markets are closed (for example, during weekends) or during daily breaks, the subscription will end at the first available market price when markets reopen.

By following these simple steps, you can easily manage your Social Trading portfolio and adjust your investment strategy as needed.
