Tracking Your Funds Investment History

Keeping track of your funds investment transactions is essential for monitoring your financial activities and making informed decisions. The Client Portal provides a comprehensive transaction history feature that allows you to review all your funds-related activities.

Accessing Your Transaction History

To view your complete funds investment transaction history:

  1. Log in to your Client Portal

  2. Navigate to the "Transaction History" tab

  3. Select your preferred time period for review

Filtering Options

The transaction history feature offers several filtering options to help you find specific transactions:

Time Period Filter

  • Last 7 days

  • Last 30 days

  • Last 90 days

  • Last year

  • Custom date range (select specific start and end dates)

Transaction Type Filter

Select Funds-related options to view Funds Management transactions:

  • Funds Subscriptions - New investments into funds

  • Funds Redemptions - Withdrawals from funds

  • Performance Fees - Fees charged by Funds Managers based on profits

  • Management Fees - Regular management fees charged by Funds Managers

  • Promotional Rewards - Special bonuses or incentives related to funds

  • Subscription Rejections - Declined subscription requests

Status Filter

  • View completed transactions

  • Check pending requests

  • Review rejected transactions

Account Filter

  • Select specific investment accounts to view their individual histories

  • Filter by specific fund or Funds Manager

Understanding Your Transaction Records

Each transaction entry in your history includes:

  • Transaction date and time

  • Transaction type (subscription, redemption, fees, etc.)

  • Amount involved in the transaction

  • Status (completed, pending, rejected)

  • Fund name and Funds Manager

  • Account number associated with the transaction
