How do Funds Managers review investor applications?

Find pending requests

  1. Sign in to the Client Portal.

  2. Open Funds Management.

  3. Select Funds Manager and then My Approvals.

  4. Open the Pending section.

  5. Select a request to review its investor, fund, request type, amount, status and available actions.

Respond to a request

Use only the actions displayed for the selected request. Review the confirmation carefully before submitting an approval, rejection or other available response.

If the fund provides automatic review settings, the current setting and its effect should be shown in the fund configuration. Review that setting whenever the fund's availability or operating preferences change. Do not rely on an earlier request to determine how a new request will be handled.

Check fund status

The Client Portal shows the fund's current status and any action needed before it becomes available to investors. Requirements can depend on the fund configuration and current product rules. Follow the requirement shown for the fund rather than using a general threshold from another fund.

When should I contact FXTRADING.com?

Contact FXTRADING.com if an application is missing, an expected action is unavailable, the request remains unchanged after submission, or the displayed fund status does not explain what is required.

Provide the fund name or reference, application reference, request type, displayed status and relevant timestamps. Never provide a password or one-time code.
