Processing Investor Redemption Requests

As a Funds Manager, you'll need to handle fund redemption requests from your investors. This guide explains the procedure and what happens after funds redemption is approved.

Processing Redemption Requests

When investors wish to redeem from your funds, follow these steps to handle their requests:

  1. Log into your Client Portal

  2. Navigate to Funds Management → Funds Manager → My Approvals

  3. Select the "Pending" option

  4. Review the investor details for each request

  5. Click "Approve" to confirm the redemption

After Redemption Approval

Once fund redemption is approved:

  • All trading positions related to this investment close at current market prices

  • Performance Fees are calculated and paid at the end of the billing period

  • The investor's capital is transferred back to their investment wallet

Important Information

Investors have the option to cancel their redemption requests before you approve them or before the automatic closure time, allowing them to continue investing in your funds.
