As a Fund Manager, you can archive funds when they're no longer needed. This guide explains the archiving process, requirements, and what happens afterward.
When Can You Archive a Fund?
You can archive a fund only when:
There are no active orders in the fund
You want to permanently retire the fund
Note that archived funds still count toward your maximum fund limit.

What Happens After Archiving?
When a fund is archived:
For New Investors:
The fund becomes unavailable for joining
Fund invitation links, codes, and QR codes no longer work
For Current Investors:
All active investments are closed
The fund becomes view-only
For You as Fund Manager:
All pending requests are automatically completed
All active investments are closed
Performance fees are calculated and paid at the end of the billing period
The fund becomes view-only
The associated trading account is archived
Automatic Archiving
When a fund experiences a stop-out, all active investments are automatically closed and the fund is archived. You can view these funds in the "Archived Funds" tab.
Important: The archiving process cannot be reversed. Once archived, a fund cannot be reactivated.
