The Partner Portal dashboard features a comprehensive commission information panel that provides real-time insights into your partnership performance. This panel automatically updates when you reach qualification milestones for higher partner levels or secondary-level commissions.
Dashboard Overview
The top section clearly displays your current partner level and status. For additional details about your partner level, simply hover over the status icon.
Below this, you'll find the spread share breakdown for various trading account types. For Zero & Raw accounts, the "Fixed per lot" option reveals a detailed table of rebates organized by account type and trading instrument.
The "Partner levels" button provides access to the complete reward structure and qualification requirements across all partnership tiers.
Commission Calculator
The built-in commission calculator helps you forecast potential earnings based on client trading activity. This tool allows you to calculate precise commission expectations according to:
Account type (Zero or Raw Spread)
Trading instrument
Trading volume
Partner level
Qualification Metrics
The qualification criteria section displays a rolling three-month assessment period. This floating timeframe is evaluated at each month's end, with the "Days left" indicator showing the exact countdown to your next qualification review.
Two key performance indicators are highlighted:
Trading Volume - tracks aggregate client trading activity
Active Clients - monitors your client acquisition and retention
Progress bars visualize your advancement toward the next partner level. Clicking these bars redirects you to detailed reward history reports for deeper analysis.
Level Changes and Notifications
Partner level promotions occur automatically the day after qualification requirements are met. However, if you haven't completed your KYC verification, you'll receive a notification prompting you to complete this step before promotion can occur. After verification, a regional Key Account Manager will contact you with guidance on next steps.
Level downgrades only happen on the first day of the month following a three-month period where qualification criteria weren't maintained.
For optimal earnings, continuously aim for higher partner levels to secure improved revenue sharing percentages and enhanced fixed commission rewards.
