How to View Trading Credits in Your Account

If you want to check whether your trading account has Trading Credits, you can easily view this information in the Client Portal.

Steps to view Trading Credits:

  1. Log in to your Client Portal

  2. Click on Account List in the left navigation menu

  3. Find the trading account you want to check in the account list

  4. Click the downward arrow (located above the three-dot menu icon) on the right side of that account

  5. The account will expand to show additional details, including:

    • Current leverage

    • Available margin

    • Floating profit/loss

    • Account equity

    • Trading Credits (if applicable)

Important note: The Trading Credits field will only be displayed when your account has an active credit balance (greater than 0). If you don't see the Trading Credits field in the expanded account details, it means your account currently has no Trading Credits.
